 To confirm all parachuting & ground training at the Peterlee DZ is postponed until next Wed 7 Mar 18 with Shotton Airfield currently only accessible by foot. We hope to reopen the Airfield Office early next week. Despite the poor weather just short of 500 people parachuted during February at the Peterlee DZ this year (as compared to 225 during Feb 17). Breaking that down (last Feb in brackets) 398 (185) parachute descents of which 95 (40) were Tandem Skydives, 29 (2) Solo Static Line Jumps and 1 (0) a First Free Fall.
